In regard to the warranty, when not modifying the engine, drive train, ECU, or similar components, all factory warranties will remain intact. Aftermarket parts usually carry a warranty from the manufacturer of 1-yr against defects in workmanship. The manufacturers warranty, maintenance, and car loaner programs are untouched. There is no difference buying the car through WCM verses your local dealer.
In fact, in most cases, all funds (and financing, if applicable) flow directly through our Mercedes-Benz Dealer. We simply invoice the Dealer for your parts, take delivery of your car, install the parts, and then put the car on an enclosed transporter to your home or office.

The complete "widebody" kit is approximately $55,000 (depending upon exchange rate at time or order). Air Freight, Insurance, Paint, and Installation are an additional charge. Please allow 15 working days for the kit to arrive from the time the order is placed.
If you don't want the widebody FAB Design SLS Gullstream, but still want a unique look, consider the non-Widebody version from FAB.

Many of the interior upgrades shown here are available by sending the OEM parts to Germany. However, it's not practical to ship a headliner or complete dash to Germany (we will, if you insist). Instead, just ship your car to us ($800-1800 each way via enclosed transport), and we'll take care of it for you.
If we're building a car for you, and shipping it to your home of office, just let us know which interior upgrades you would like to have done prior to delivery!

Originally intended for posting during the Geneva motor show, we put this story on the backburner, especially after we already covered it quickly before its official release. Now we have the full details and a new set of photos to include.
The Swiss tuner from Hunzenschwil has developed a widebody kit for the Mercedes SLS AMG called the Gullstream. The body kit is comprised of a front bumper with vertically positioned daylight running lights, widened fenders which flow seamlessly down into the sides skirts and then up again into the widened quarter panels. The rear bumper with mold vents has a diffuser that supports the extendable lip spoiler made of carbon fiber. On the roof there's a non-functional air scoop. Footware is provided by 3-piece, 10 and 12 inch concave Evolution wheels while a Koni coilover suspension from the SLS GT3 racing car is available. FAB has developed a stainless steel sports exhaust system with an integrated valve control and four classic round endpipes, a pair on each side.
Power output is upped from the standar 571 PS (420 kW / 563 bhp) to 615 PS (452 kW / 607 bhp). Torque is also slightly raised to 690 Nm at 4600 rpm. Thus the FAB SLS Gullstream takes only 3.6 seconds to hit 100 km/h and just 11 seconds to 200km/h (124 mph). Acceleration finally levels off at 325 km/h (202 mph).
